WHAT
YOU NEED
TO KNOW.

PHYSICAL

Do not exercise 3 hours before a session.

This period of rest permits optimal benefit from your bioDensity session.

Following your session, enjoy a cool drink of water and continue with your day knowing you just did something great for yourself!

You will not feel tired and you will not hurt.

WATER

 

Before coming to your session.

Keep hydrated.

ATTIRE

Come as you are.

Sessions are quick and only take ten sweat-free minutes once per week.  


You will feel comfortable wearing anything from business casualregular street clothes to yoga pants  

SHOES

No shoes. Socks are mandatory.

TIME

Regular sessions generally take 10 minutes.

However, your first visit will take 30 minutes because of the initial orientation and education.

We want to know more about you, your personal needs or expectations, and what type of results you can expect.

END OF SESSION

After you complete the session, we will not rush you out of the facility. We are available to answer questions or provide feedback about your progress.

Printed results are available for you and your health care providers upon request.
